Maple sugar

I am planning on brewing a brown ale next weekend and contemplating adding maple sugar, molasses, and/or brown sugar for flavor. When is the best time to add these adjuncts? Boil, primary, secondary, as priming sugar or multiple points of the process?

Thanks

I meant maple syrup

i'm not the most knowledgeable but isn't an adjunct something that isn't fermentable? maple syrup is definately fermentable. I made a chocolate mapler porter that and added the maple syrup at the flame out of the boil. I also used maple syrup for bottling in this recipe. it came out great.

Get the lowest grade you can find. Grade "c" is the best if you can find it. The lower the grade the more maple flavor.

Grade A is for pancakes and is the lightest.
