Default Make five gallon batch out of this 2.5

Can I just buy this recipe twice and combine or would that be different than just building a five gallon batch. I won't have time for a starter so need two yeasts

2 of those would be the same as 1 5 gallon. as long as the yeast is 11 grams, that's what you need for 5 gallons, and you could put the rest in the fridge for another brew. if it's a 7 gram pack, use both. with dry, no starter needed
