Default Mailing previously frozen hops

I am in the Army and getting out in may. I will be shipping my mosaic hops that are already frozen back home. Will it hurt them to thaw and refreeze them? Thanks..

Sorry for the delay in response, yes they are vacuum sealed. Ill end up mailing them the day I fly out and put them in the freezer the day they arrive. So maybe3-5 days tops outside of the freezer..
