Made a starter and can't brew...
Hey Guys,
I made a starter on Friday with the plan of brewing today. I didnt get a chance to and the starter is done.
Can I just empty some of the wort (starter juice) out of the starter, cap it and place the yeast cake in the fridge until I am ready to brew?
Thanks again guys,
Bob

Nah, just put the whole thing in the fridge.
You could always add some more malt/boiled/cooled water to it when you plan on brewing, but then again, you already know your yeast is good so you can just let it get room temp and pitch it when ready.
