Default Looking for quick+easy AG recipe

I'm looking for a good recipe for our first AG. Don't care too much on what style, prefer no wheat. Also something that we could drink sooner, so we know how much we screwed up.

wheats tend to be on the quicker side but since you dont want that i would recommend an IPA they can be done and ready to drink in less then a month for some recipes.

10lbs base grain
.5 lbs munich
.25 to .5 lbs c10 to c60

4-8 oz of hops

MAKE A STARTER. that will speed things up significantly.

Planning on an IPA, but I just found the Centennial Blonde recipe. Looks like a winner!

I started all grain with an English Mild. I did it twice in a row. I learned a lot from doing them. They were cheap to do.
