Default Looking to brew my first Mead

I am in preparation to brew my very first mead. Currently i have just over six pounds on colorado "Honeyville" honey but no yeast and no recipe. I have come accross a few online but Im not sure what style i should go for.

I would like a sweet Mead. and perhaps a pumpkin spice flavor since its going to be ready around the holidays.
Im considering trying multiple flavors but think this could turn out bad since its my first attempt.

What type of yeast should i use for a sweet mead?

how can i get the flavors i want?

You may want to make a JAOM,you can find out how in the mead forum. It will be ready for the holidays-next year, you could try to make a quick mead which you can find in the mead recipes section.
