Default Liquid Yeast or Dry Yeast, What styles of beer?

I have only used Wyeast Liquid yeast. I want to give the Dry yeast a try. I know the pros and cons of both types. I have done some research and find some people will use Dry yeast with certain styles (like Pale Ales, etc.) and Liquid yeast with other styles. What styles of beer would be OK using Dry Yeast?

Thanks!

I only use dry yeast. I make IIPA, IPA, Blonde, Wheat, ESB, Stout, blah blah blah. Make a nice Pale Ale with safale US-05 and tell us what you think.

I use dry yeast for all my beers except Hefes that I use Wyeast 3068 in.

The better dry yeasts are good for most styles. I just made an Oktoberfest ale with S-04 dry yeast that is arguably one of my best beers. However liquid yeasts give more variety, and in some cases may be more true to style. For example, I wouldn't try to make an authentic Koelsch or hefeweizen with a dry yeast.
