Check the closest microbrewery. They may sell supplies, but it just isn't advertised anywhere. That's the situation with me. The closest LHBS I can find on the internet is a solid 20-30 minutes away, yet, the microbrewery a mile away sells supplies (and fresher ingredients).

Follansbee is the wrong part of WV, now way Local! (it would be more local for me, about 45 minutes from Pittsburgh. Many hours from Huntington, WV.
To the Original poster,
If they are still in business, this would be your LHBS:
Wine Cellar
2300 Dry Creek Road,
Milton, WV
(304) 743-5665
I'm really surprised there isn't a HBS or two in Charleston, but I can't find any.

I grew up in Milton, but I haven't ever heard of that. I'll check it out though.
