Why is the last beer in a batch ALWAYS the best lol... Maybe its a combination of it BEING the last one and time to condition properly. I'm trying to give all my beers more time in the primary and the bottles, but without fail, the last brew is always the best :(....

just sayin'

:mug:

I now condition all my beers atleast 1.5-2 months from brew date. People who keg and tap their beer after 3 weeks have no idea what they missing out.

max 3 weeks in the bottles and it is all gone. I need to get a 10+gal setup asap

Well, I've built up a pretty good stockpile of brews so I always have multiple to choose but it always seems like the last few are the best.
