Lancaster homebrew had its grand opening

Well The deals were great so wile I was there I picked up a 5gal better bottle bottle topper for the better bottle, an auto siphon and My next kit (irish stout ) I sanitized my new toys and racked my American Light that I started on 10/06/2009 to its new home the beer smelled great. Plus at the grand opening I had the great opportunity to talk to a brew master about my concept beer mocha Cappuccino stout and he gave me some great advice will sit down with the staff to start putting this together in a few weeks

shooter this now begs to question considering that the American Light is a low og beer this would not be a second fermentation how long should I let it sit in the better bottle before racking over to the bottling stage I was thinking a week am I on target ?
