Default Kegging with fresh yeast?

Does anybody keg with a gram or so of fresh yeast to help condition their beer clean and fast? Just curious. I've started doing it with my bottles, but wondering about doing it with my kegs as well

Cheers

I know some people use yeast to naturally carbonate kegs. Seems like the same idea.
