Something is definitely off, you should have a pretty strong hop flavor unless it got cooked down to the bitters or was old. Adding at flameout or dry hopping with part of the hop addition will increase retention of the aroma and fresh hoppy nose.
Unless the hops were old you should have some aroma from late additions. All IPA's should be dry hopped!
