Not sure, I've had some beers that looked similar to this that cleared up a few days (obviously just the tail end of an active ferm).
I would imagine this will clear up in a couple of days to a nice, clear, non-carbonated beer...unless of course I'm wrong, then it might grow to something you'll need to approach with a flame thrower.

Mine looks like this right now. It's my first batch, but I think it's normal. After the krausen fell I was left with some brown slime and scattered CO2 bubbles on top. It's ugly, but normal AFAIK.
