Default I Made BEER!!!

I opened my first bottle last Friday night!

I brewed an American Pale Ale. Primary for one week, secondary for one week, in the bottle for two weeks. Flavor, scent, color, gravity were all spot on. Head left a little something to be desired but I'm sure that after three weeks in the bottle it will be perfect.

I wanted to thank everyone on here, this forum is excellent. I have had all my questions answered and answered thoroughly.

In the primary now I have a summer blond ale. This time around I am going to go three weeks in the primary then straight to the bottle for three weeks. Going to skip the brightening stage.
