Default I Froze My Beer

I had three batches fermenting (my first three batches ever mind you!) in my chest freezer for six days. I was trying to keep the temperature in the mid to high 60F area by turning on the compressor once a day and letting it run for 20 minutes. I have a love controller just waiting to wire up, just haven't had the time. Well I forgot to turn off the compressor and my beer froze. I picked up three packets of Nottingham yeast to re-pitch. My questions are do I use the whole package? How much do you think this will affect taste? I brewed a Dunkelweizen, IPA and an English Pale Ale - I guess now with an eisbock twist

it will likely effect the taste, yes, pitch the whole packet. Let us know how your experiment works out. It will surely still be very drinkable.
