Default I feel retarded asking but...

How do you read the stick on thermometers? There are three temperatures with color, what one is the correct temp? I can see the range of what the temp is but don't know what it exactly is. I should probably get one of those digital ones....

Mine usually turns a bright green color between two greyish blue colors.

well if there are three, wouldnt you use the one in the middle which would be the average.

They usually have writing that says something like "Green is EXACT temp"
