ok sweet...i have a pack of safale us-05 with me. i will use that...maybe i will send a pm to biermuncher and see what he says

notty works great for me. as mentioned before it's Super Clean. but i also use it if i have a stuck ferm. its like rocket fuel. i usually need a blowoff tube with it.

You'll be fine with the safale 05. Go for it. You don't even have to hydrate it.

Any word on when nottingham is going to be in stock? I've been to two different LHBSs and it it seems everyone online is out.
