Cream Ale is a very dry beer. To me, a 1.007 FG isn't a concern.

I would just let it settle out to the clarity you like and then go ahead and bottle whenever. With that FG it should be done. If not not far to go and shouldnt mess up carbing.

1.007 seems right for your beer, but you still need to be sure that it has been at that SG for a couple days.

Thanks for all the help everyone. Bottled this with on the weekend and it tastes pretty awesome. I will let you know how it turns out.
