I don't have them vacuum sealed or anything - just different types of pellets in the plastic bags from the LHBS all together in one big ziploc. Just wondering if I should recalculate the IBU from a lower AA% after a few months to half a year.
Not if they're frozen, the loss rate is minor.

So when Beersmith says Tettnang loses 40% AA% in 6 months, is that if left out in the open or in the freezer?
