Default How long will a starter keep??

I made a starter for my next brew, 2 days ago, but as it turns out, I probably won't be able to brew for a couple of weeks.

I just closed the cap and put it in the fridge, can I just add more DME on the brew date and treat it like a normal package of liquid yeast, making another starter?? Or will I simply need to bring it back to room temp and pitch?

It seemed to have a lot of activity today, much more than my other starters. It's White Labs Bavarian Weizen Yeast WLP351.

Any suggestions? How long will this starter last?

Thanks!

As long as you used sanitary procedures it should last several months. Years if you feed it regularly.
