Hey everyone. I am completely new ro homebrewing, but will be making my first batch later tonight. I made my starter last night and the yeast are all over the bottom of my jar and ready to go. It will have been about 24 hours after I made the starter when I pitch it into the wort. Will the yeast still be ok and ready to go? How long will the yeast be good for in the starter? Just for referance, I'm making an American Amber with White Labs California Yeast. Thanks!
