I have a citrus weizen in the primary right now, and I was planning on giving it my five gallon carboy once my apfelwein was done, but it looks like it will need about a week or so longer.
Since weizens are cloudy and I'm using WLP300, I'm not expecting much benefit from clearing. Should I just wait two more weeks, per the recipe, or do I need to wait longer for a long primary to work properly?
