I had a friend who works in a brewery and is a homebrewer himself say "it taste like anything id expect from any local brewery or brewpub." regarding my pale ale. I took it as a compliment. Not world class beer, but pretty good.

All it takes is a bit of reading, and alot of cleaning and sanitation. The recipe's are out there and easy enough to copy.

It depends on my beer, one thing for sure is that every brew I make is better than my last

I feel comfortable that my Honey Brown Ale is the best brown ale I've ever had, and it's only been bottle conditioning for a week

Two batches, both extract kits. The red ale I am not happy with, but the oatmeal stout reminds me of Old Rasputin; which I love. The wife said," This reminds me of several we have bought." That was definitely a big compliment.
