How do you smoke your grains?
I'm building a smoker for all sorts of things. (trash can)
I want to home smoke the grains for my rauch's too.
What are you people using for a grate? Will a cookie sheet work?
Around what temp should i smoke at?
I am relaxed. I'm not at all worried, but i've have had numerous homebrews...
