Default How different are 34/70 and brewferm lager

Continuing on with the dry yeast comparisons I'm about to do two identical lager/pilsners this weekend. Only difference will be the yeasts. One with 34/70, and one with brewferm's lager yeast. More details to come. Comments appreciated

My comment is: at least you get a lot of beer.

Perhaps not

72 hours in and the 34/70 has been bubbling for 30 hours... the brewferm hasn't even budged. 53F ambient

No sorry. For some reason the brewferm stalled and I gave up.

The 34/70 is very nice though. Very clean and tasty at a controlled 52F ambient. Normally I would default to 47/48F ambient but that brewferm stall made me a little nervous.
