Default Hop info help

I'm pretty new to brewing and use those evil Coopers kits mostly but usually have found that if you tinker with them a little you can come up with a pretty good beer. I dry hopped my last batch of bitter and it seemed to remove that "twang" as it seems to be called here. I don't know if it is because I left it a little longer in the secondary or if it was the hops but it definately helped.

So here is my question. After doing a search here I didn't spot a good list or link to some info on hop varieties and the aroma or flavour that they would add to my beer.

Could someone point me the right direction?
