Quick poll on which hop combo to go with for my IPA. I will be placing the order at 11pm/ct tonight. Let the hop debate begin.

1) Simco / Amarillo

2) Columbus (bittering) Smico / Amarillo (finishing)

3) Columbus / Centennial / Cascade

Recipes 

I know it is not one of your choices, but I like:

Centennial at 60 and 15 (about 2/3 the IBU)
Cascade at 10, 5, and 1 (about 1/3 the IBU)
Amarillo dry hop 2 oz

And I use a 1.0 bittering unit/gravity unit ratio for IPAs and Imperial Amber, 0.65 for Pale Ales and American Amber.
