So I brewed this about three weeks ago, and forgot to get an OG.

Great.

It bubbled away after about a day and then stopped.

Last night I was going in to the secondary and had a thought to swirl and let it sit, just in case. But after a few drinks I siphoned it in to the carboy. IT SMELLED GREAT!!

Today I checked the carboy and it was bubbling away again. I did get a hydro reading on it as I moved it and it was 1.020, the recipe said it should be around 1.017.

So.........it should be ok(?), b/c god it smelled good.
