Default Help..about to transfer to fermenter.....

....there are still starsan bubbles in the carboy. Is that cool. I have about 10 minutes!!

The foam left over from Star-San is harmless and will not harm your brew in any way.

Thanks everyone. Got it transferred.
For some reason my stopper will not stay in the carboy. It keeps popping out. What gives?????

you gotta make sure both the stopper and the inside of the neck are dry

Dried off the stopper. That fixed that problem. OG was supposed to be 1.040-45. My reading was 1.030. Not sure what's up. First brew is under my belt regardless of the outcome........

Was it an extract recipe? If so, it probably just didn't get mixed fully for your OG sample. No worries.
