I'm going to do a hefeweizen from extract:
3Kg coopers wheat liquid extract
500g muntons wheat dry extract
25g hallertau mittelfrueh, 1 hour boil
10g hallertau mittelfrueh, 5min boil
coopers priming drops
what do I need to do to get it to keep its head?
also opinions on the hopping please, beersmith says its ok but i'm no expert, I'm going for something like a franziskaner
