Unfortunately, I haven't brewed beer for over a year, but last week I received an IPA kit as a present from my better half. Rebel Brewer's Hop Blaster IPA. Needless to say I was VERY excited, but a little worried about finding my groove and not making any mistakes. I did my home work here on HBT and had a blast on brew night. Everything went off without a hitch!

OG 1.072 - Transferred to secondary today at 1.017 with an oz. of Citra!
