Im so happy my first batch is a success with a really nice taste just like i wanted it

I just bottled "success" on Saturday.... Or so I hope. tasted good before bottling. Guess I will know in about 2 weeks. Just when it's time to bottle my heffe that is in the primary now!!!!

Yeah, great work. Hope my ESB turns out. Its my first and its been about 4 days so far. I am brewing up another in 4 days from now, a belgian blond and this time using a starter. Good luck with the one that's in that primary as well!
