Default Green Peroni Bottles?

Does it make a difference between green or brown bottles besides it seems harder to cap the peroni bottles?

Brown bottles are preferred since they block a higher amount of light which can lead to skunky beer.

Peroni bottles are hard to cap. If you look at them from the side they have a double lip on them that makes them hard to cap. I don't use them for that reason. Look at them side by side with other bottles and you will see the difference.

I have beer in brown bottles, green bottles, blue bottles, and even clear bottles. It doesn't matter as long as you keep them out of the sunlight or the light from florescent bulbs as the UV light causes a reaction with the hop oils that will turn beer skunky.
