So I brewed my first lager (3rd beer) back on June 13th. Well, we tried it today after three weeks in the bottle and holy crap it's good!! My wife, neighbors and brother all had some today and everyone was amazed, including me. I'm a little buzzed right now but I wanted to thank everyone on these boards. I know this beer would not have come out this good without all the input from the folks on here. I incorporated so many new concepts with this brew, all of which I learned here on these boards: Temperature control, yeast starter, diacetyl rest, late extract addition, partial mash. All in this one brew. And I tell you what; all that knowledge implemented made this one awesome freakin beer!!! So thanks again guys.
