I have a Northern Brewer Oatmeal Stout all grain batch bottle conditioning right now. I tried one at 2 weeks and it was amazingly delicious, though a little green tasting. I think in another week or two this beer will be amazing. The only thing I did differently than the instructions was to rack to a secondary over 3 split vanilla beans for 8 days. But so far, I have no problem recommending this kit or even their extract version of it.
