Default going all grain

I am going all grain and don't know what half the stuff people are talking about. Is there a place that explains everything like fly sparging and other types? in the round coolers being converted, what is the tube running through the bottom? thanks all.

I don't drink nearly as much as I should.

Read this and I doubt you'll have any questions (though feel free to ask if you do):

Thanks baron, that's definitely the clearest explanation of AG brewing I've ever seen.
