I think that I'm going to attempt Papazian's Goat's Scrotum from The Complete Joy of Homebrewing. Anyone brewed it before? Any tips? I'm thinking about using ginger, licorice and molasses.
Never brewed it but have been curious ever since reading the book. Go for it! (and make sure you post your results!)

We made it using cocoa. It came out really good but my guys made me name it "The Beer That Shall Not Be Named" because they refused to call it Goat Scrotum.
