Ginger
Has anyone used a little ginger in a Saison? I thought I heard or read somewhere that Ommegang's Saison has a hint of that in there.

I haven't, but it sounds really good. Just put a teeny tiny bit in. I put just a couple of thin slices in one gallon of mead and it is really, really gingery.
