Default Full Boil... Steeping time.
When extract brewing and doing a full boil of maybe 6.5 gallons... how long should the grains steep for?

About 20-30 mins at 150-155.... Holds true for steeping grains in almost all extract recipes.

I just did a 6.5 gal full boil today. I steeped in 2 gal of water @ 155F for 25 mins in a 3 gal kettle then added to my 7.5 gal kettle with the remaining water that was already pre-heating...
