Default In the fridge, out of the fridge

Hey everyone

I put a few bottles of a brown ale I had thinking they would be decent to drink after 3 weeks in the bottle (2 in secondary, 3 in primary). Alas, after trying one I was mistaken and the beer still needs more time to mellow out.

I understand the aging/conditioning process slows down in the fridge, so I am tempted to take them out, but I am not sure how this will affect the beer overall.

Should I just leave them in there and forget about them for a while, or can I take them out and put them back into storage with the rest of the batch?

Thanks in advance!

Corvax

Why not leave them there and compare a chilled bottle to a bottle in storage every couple weeks?

I would certainly do that with some of them, just wandering how the temperature change would affect the beer if it were taken out.

They will age alot better at room temp then in a fridge. Taking them
out of the fridge to age wont hurt at all it will just take longer for
the yeasties to wake up and finish the last bit of there work..
