So in anticipation of my pumpkin ale I'm brewing friday night I decided to make my first starter with wyeast 1056.
All went well except my OG was a little low, 1.03.
I pitched the yeast and then plugged and airlocked it. Noob mistake apparently.
Checked on it this morning and plug was sitting on the ground next to it.
I covered it loosely with some foil and am hoping its good.
Should I be concerned about infection?
