Hi all,
Celebrate with me...! I just tapped my first IPA keg. It features Falconer's Flight hops in the schedule, and 4 oz of fresh Cascade in the secondary, 4 oz of priming sugar and a little patience.... WOW!

Cheers!

In honor of your IPA, I will go have a couple glasses of my Scottish /70. Always looking for a reason to celebrate with a beer.

My IPA should be good-n-ready by next Saturday's 34th celebration. I'm on my 2nd Cooper's sparkling ale at the moment,so nas darovye!
(that's Slovak for "a toast").

If I did it all over again, I would use a Brit. Pale 2-row like Maris Otter and look for a Scottish Ale yeast or English Ale. Turned out great though.
