well the first brew is in the fridge at 69 degrees, it was a fun time, damn red hook IPA making me feel funny but I am enjoying it so far. Burned my damn thumb twice with steam(kinda funny for a fireman), but all in all a good expirence and after pitching the yeast at 84 degrees (the wort chiller just woun't get any lower) w/ OG=1.051@84 derees. I have activity after 2 hours(very nice). I can't wait to taste it....
