Have fun and remember not to beat yourself up when you make "small" mistakes! They're bound to happen and 99.9% of the time won't drastically effect your final product!
thanks for the support! it went smoothly here are some photos from the brew itself.

Now all I have to do is wait.....
and the journey begins ....
well I woke up to the bubbles of fermentation so at least I know I'm kind of headed in the right direction.
I drank a bottle and this is what I got. A great stout!
Primary: Belgian Dark Strong
Bottled: Belgian Saison Noel, Chocolate Porter, Raspberry Wheat
