Are those ice cubes in your wort in picture #2? Did you sanitize the water before making the cubes? You could be asking for an infection by using ice cubes straight out of the freezer...

A guy I work with saw my facebook posts and wants to start brewing. I let him know my experiences and what I learned on here to point him in the right direction. Hoping I can get him to help bottle.... Lol
