Default First blowout!
OK first of all I am sorry but no pics. I brewed the AHS Wheat Stout yesterday and when I got up to get ready for work this morning there was krausen and beer filling the air lock and coming out the top of my carboy. Needless to say I hurried to get a blow off tube on it. I know it could have been so much worse. But SWMBO was impressed how much air it was pushing out after I put the blow off tube on it, so at least she was interested.

Had this happen with my first brew, a Holiday Ale. Woke us up at 3am, and had to put a blow off on it!

a blow-off tube will save your marriage. use it every batch for primary fermentation.
