Default First Beer Photo.. months later

One of my first beers brewed was a Grand Cru... a very agressive belgian for my first try.

The first couple I had were flat and green... then just flat, etc. they sucked. But you know how everyone on here says "just stash a bottle or 2 and pull it out down the road..." well, this is my "buried" bottle. look at the collar on that bad boy and the beautiful belgian color. I' drinking it now and it's the best thing I've made so far. Glad I stashed a couple.

Thats only 3 months...
A month ago it was still flat in 22's... and I was very disappointed.
It's one of the best I've made so far... but it IS the best Grand Cru I've ever had...
