hey all. just had major success with my first batch ever and wanted to share. Details are:

Midwestern Autumn Amber kit + packet of Austin Homebrew alcohol boost.
OG: 1.052
FG: 1.009

If I can do this anyone can. I was worried about stuck fementation, bad sterilization, etc... My beer turned out all right. Relax. Have a homebrew.

sweet i have yet to brew my batch... i also picked up the autum amber ale from them... it sounded delish! but i also bought their 20 minute irish stout (guiness clone) and started that one first.... this saturday will mark 3 weeks in the primary, will be switching it over to my carboy for another 3 weeks... then bottling ahhhh cant wait!!!!!
