whew, well this afternoon i bought the rest of the supplies i needed and made a batch of muntons pale ale. also i whipped up a batch of apfelwein too. here's hoping everything goes well!

It's gonna be around 18 degrees F here tomorrow. I forget what that converts to in communist celcius units, but I bet it's gonna be colder up there in America's Hat than it is down here! Be sure to keep your new brew from getting to cold up there in Canadia, eh!
