Default Finding the solution to your problem quickly

So, after trolling the forum for a while, I have noticed a repetition of questions. Then I thought to myself, I know how to search, but everyone might not.

So here is a quick tip that I have been using for a while.

Go to google.com

In the search bar enter:
site:homebrewtalk.com your regular search text here

then press enter. This search will only return results from homebrewtalk.com as well as give you a quick and nice little summary of each thread and show related threads quickly.

There are a few other search techniques such as using quotes for exact phrases. Does anyone have any other tips that may be useful for finding pertinent information quickly? And no LMGTFY does not count.
